Map My Mole Joins the Independent Pharmacies Association to Power Mole Checks on Every High Street
Map My Mole is now an official Honorary Member of the Independent Pharmacies Association.
We’re proud to announce that Map My Mole is now an official Honorary Member of the Independent Pharmacies Association (IPA), strengthening our commitment to independently owned community pharmacies across the UK.
The IPA represents independently owned pharmacy businesses delivering frontline primary care and advice in their local communities. As a leading voice in community pharmacy, it engages with politicians, policy makers, the NHS and local government to influence decisions about pharmacy provision, services and remuneration.
Through this collaboration with Map My Mole, IPA members can introduce rapid, consultant-led mole checks directly from their pharmacy, helping patients access expert skin assessment without adding pressure to GP practices.

Map My Mole enables pharmacy team members to capture dermoscopic images using a smartphone and medical-grade lens. All cases are reviewed by UK consultant dermatologists, with results typically returned within 24 to 48 hours. No clinical diagnosis is made in the pharmacy, and full indemnity sits with Map My Mole.
